Position Summary:
The Site Project Manager – OTG (Operations Technology Group) is responsible for supporting OTG Project Support Office in planning, co-ordination and leading the execution of OTG Projects within the assigned plant and/or geographic area.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Project Management
Leads projects and ensures all Plant and OTG requirements are met. Develops and updates Project plans and schedules. Ensures project documentation exists, is properly filed and updated monthly. Holds project team members accountable for timely completion of assigned tasks and activities. Regularly communicates with Project Support office and Plant Managers on all aspects of project progress. Creates and ensures compliance to Project budget for site activities.
2. Support
Identifies and coordinates resources that solve technical or organizational problems. Provides technical support and assistance to Plants and others. Shares knowledge about products, applications, processes, materials and tools with team members and others. Researches and evaluates new technologies, materials, suppliers and utilizes them when appropriate. Ensures that adequate resources are allocated for the project and elevates any resource shortage issues to ensure timely completion.
3. Supervision
Assigns responsibilities and accountabilities to direct reports. Provides employee recognition, training and feedback. Adheres to company policies, procedures and applicable budget requirements. Conducts timely employee performance reviews.
4. Safety
Ensures departments compliance to safety procedures.
5. Lean Sigma
Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality.
6. Overall Support and Quality Focus
Follows standard Engineering and Technology practices and procedures (OTG, NPD/PDP, DLS, Lean Sigma, etc.). Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization. Participates in Entegris' continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Nature and Scope:
This position reports to and receives work direction from the Director, OTG Project Engineering. At off-site locations, this position reports to Plant /Operations Manager for attendance and administrative matters (dotted line reporting).

Education/Experience:
Minimum requirements: Four year degree in engineering or technically related field and engineering project management experience of 5 years or an equivalent combination of training and experience; or a demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job. Ability to travel globally as needed.
Preferred requirements: Entegris Product, Process and Systems Knowledge.
