Through our continued growth, we offer an exciting opportunity to join our Information Technology team to support our worldwide organization as a Domino/NT Systems Administrator.

Position Summary: The Domino/NT Systems Administrator provides system level support of the hardware and software that serve the e-mail environment for Entegris worldwide.

Position Key Responsibilities:
Technical
    • Builds and supports the Lotus Notes and messaging, Intranet and extranet infrastructure in an NT environment that connects all areas of business.
    • Researches, recommends, and implement enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.
    • Adapts business requirements into system requirements.
    • Evaluates, installs, and administers database management systems, messaging systems, and third party supporting software.
    • Provides senior level support for backups, indexes, installations, upgrades of NT/WIN2000 servers.
    • Develops and implements backup/restore strategies in collaboration with the UNIX system administrators for the Lotus Notes databases and files stored on the NT/WIN2000 servers.
Security
    • Creates and maintains database security, integrity controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Documentation
    • Creates and maintains policies and procedures pertaining to equipment availability, system maintenance, mail, database archiving, cleanup, disaster recovery, performance acceptability, completing technical projects related to hardware, software, storage array installations, and upgrades.
    • Develops and maintains SOP and partners with IT Operations to test and backup systems.
Training
    • Trains domestic and international staff on system configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrates support for overall organizational goals.
    • Demonstrates willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization.
    • Participates in Entegris' continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.
    • Participates in developing individual skill sets to meet today and tomorrow’s business needs.

Qualifications:
Qualifications include a BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; 4+ years experience in the operational support and administration of Lotus Notes databases and Domino, NT/WIN2000 servers; strong expertise in Netbackup enterprise backup tools administration and knowledge of Network Protocols and Interoperability, including TCP/IP; strong problem solving, organizational, documentation and teamwork skills; ability to travel domestically and internationally from 3 to 5 weeks per year. Also requires ability to work 7x24 on-call rotation duty and/or alternate work shift schedules. Windows NT/WIN2000 (MCSE) System administration certification and/or Lotus Notes certification preferred, and formal project management experience also desired.
